First and foremost I'd like to wish all our friends and customers a happy new year! 2012 proved to be everything we hoped it would be in terms of the development of our relationship with Tana with huge strides forward being made. The demo tours that we have conducted throughout the last year have been received with glowing reviews from some of the major waste companies in the UK in all sectors - general waste, wood waste, tyre shredders and plastics. An encouraging number of orders for shredders have been made which is fantastic news and far exceeds our first year forecast and this demonstrates the major impact that the machine has had on the waste industry as a whole in a very short space of time. Ward Recycling Ltd in Ilkeston were the first customer to have a new Tana 440DT installed in the UK and there is an interview with them in our testimonial section for you to read and view. On the service side we have expanded significantly in order to offer the best support service possible and to this end we now have four full time service vehicles on the road. Our parts team has also grown in size with 30% more resource added to the department. We exhibited for the first time at the RWM show in Birmingham in September 2012 and the Tana Shark 440D generated a huge amount of interest from all who saw it. There has also been a significant amount of interest in the new Tana compactor range. We look forward to 2013 with renewed vigour and are confident of further major success this year building on the hard work and solid foundation built up over the last 12 months.
