M&J Evans Continue to Invest in Case Construction Equipment
As one of the UK’s leading Groundworks and Civil Engineering businesses, M&J Evans Construction Ltd operates as a sub-contractor for major housebuilders and developers.

Their reputation as a quality-driven business and their long-term client relationships has enabled them to grow into a well-known and substantial business across the Midlands and Southern UK and more recently successfully expand into Yorkshire.

Aiding them in their growth has been the successful development of their Plant business and providing their teams on site with the latest equipment is a key focus for the company.

M&J Evans’ Plant and Transport Manager Philip McEvilly, understands the importance of keeping up to date with new and advanced technology and had the following to say about their latest repeat purchase of CASE ‘E Series’ crawler excavators from renowned equipment dealer, Warwick Ward (machinery) Ltd.

“Following excellent feedback from all the operators regards smooth operational controllability, operator comfort and reliability we decided that further investment in CASE equipment was the right choice for us. Fuel efficiency and total cost of ownership are both important to me when purchasing equipment and the CASE excavators are proven to deliver on both counts.”

McEvilly concludes “We have now added another 36 CASE excavators to our fleet to support our growth throughout the business, utilising these machines on several the 210 sites that we are currently operating on. This requires a high level of backup from the dealer and the guys over at Warwick Ward’d have provided great after sales and service throughout.”

The new E series excavators offer market-leading features including new FPT Industrial (FPT) Stage V engines, enhanced cab design and operator experience, improved hydraulics’ controls and settings, machine structure, undercarriage and new full range of CASE® Service Solutions. As a result, customers benefit from greater controllability, reliability, operator comfort, efficiency, productivity and total cost of ownership.
