Telemarketer

We have a one-stop-shop approach; from new machine sales, after-market support, through dedicated parts, service, and workshop teams, Hire requirements, to Used Machine and Part Sales.

We are currently recruiting for a telemarketer to work in partnership with various sales teams within Warwick Ward.

Duties

• Report directly to the Marketing Manager who will issue geographical based call campaigns.
• Proactively target new prospects (B2B) to introduce and promote Warwick Ward’s products and services.
• Offer product types and services to match customer needs to generate interest and secure leads for the sales teams. (Product knowledge not required)
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using the in-house CRM

The Person

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with customers positively and persuasively over the phone
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Full system and product training will be provided

The Package

• Salary on commencement - £25,000 per annum
• Based on a 37.5 hour week (8:30 – 17:00)
• 32 days holiday including bank holidays + Birthday Leave and holiday purchase options

Subject to qualifying periods:

• Annual attendance bonus
