Warwick Ward (machinery) Ltd. was founded in 1970 by Mr Warwick Ward and has grown into the largest stockist and supplier of new & used wheel loaders, earthmoving equipment, waste recycling equipment and spare parts in Europe.

We are the largest stockist of Wheel Loaders in Europe, a wide selection of machines from all the major brands always available. We can supply any NEW part for any brand of construction machinery. If you are looking for USED parts, we have over 6,000 machines broken for spares. The family connection is still very much in evidence today. Warwick’s son’s Ashley and Matthew, both now with over 33 years’ service themselves at Warwick Ward, have since the year 2000 been running the company and the growth since that time has been considerable with turnover increasing to 15 times the volume it was when they took over the reins from their father. The goal over this period of continued growth has been to maintain and further improve the company’s position as the market leader in its field and this has undoubtedly been achieved with yet still more potential for further growth over the years to come. The company has grown from strength to strength and continues to expand.
 
Expansion and diversity

In addition to the existing used equipment business the company became a fully authorised CASE construction equipment dealer in 2006. Within a very short space of time we established ourselves as the best performing CASE construction equipment dealers in the UK, offering the full range of new CASE equipment, products and services. In 2011 we achieved the accolade of being awarded the CASE European dealer of the year in the category of wheel loader sales - a very proud moment for the company and one that has been replicated several times over since. CASE has a long association in the construction, earthmoving and material handling sectors and is well renowned within the industry for manufacturing machines with excellent reliability, build quality and strong resale values. Since the commencement of our partnership with CASE we have year on year increased CASE market share in our designated dealer areas and our market share continues to grow. In 2015, we were offered the opportunity by CASE to expand our territory to represent them in the Midlands. This led to the opening of the second Warwick Ward (Midlands) Depot in Redditch which we quickly outgrew, and we moved to larger more suitable premises just south of Birmingham at Alcester in 2018.

The depot in Alcester is an excellent geographical location and provides us with excellent road links via the M40, M42 and M5 into the South, South East and South West of the country which is essential for us to service our customers in these areas. As our CASE business continued to grow and flourish the latest exciting chapter in our journey with CASE arrived just this year in 2020. After extensive discussions Warwick Ward were appointed the dealer for CASE in London and the South East covering the territories of the Home Counties, Greater London, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Kent and Sussex making Warwick Ward the largest independent CASE dealer in Europe – a milestone achievement for the business. The plan this year is to open a 3rd Warwick Ward depot in this territory.

Recycling Equipment and Complementary Products – “One Stop Shop”

In 2011, Warwick Ward were approached by Finnish company TANA, a manufacturer of waste shredders, landfill compactors and waste recycling equipment and offered the opportunity to be their national dealer for the UK and Ireland. Waste recycling had noticeably become one of our biggest and best performing industry sectors on our CASE and used construction equipment side and we saw a real synergy in being able to offer additional complimentary products to that sector with TANA. It proved to be a bold and well thought out move and addition to the Warwick Ward portfolio. In the space of 3 years Warwick Ward gained a huge share of the UK slow speed shredder market and won the World Dealer of the Year award for TANA two years consecutively.

As our reputation continued to grow in the waste recycling equipment sector, in 2015 we were approached by Irish manufacturer Ecohog to be their sole UK & Ireland distributor. Ecohog offer bespoke “downstream” waste separation product solutions that perfectly complement our other products.

Our continued success in the waste recycling equipment sector was not going unnoticed! In 2016 another exciting development at Warwick Ward took place with the acquisition of the TEREX Environmental Equipment franchise. We are now a UK distributor for the full TEREX Ecotec Range enabling us to offer all the products needed to serve the waste recycling sector comprehensively.

The partnership with TEREX & Ecohog was in many ways a natural progression for us, as we already have very close relations with many companies large and small operating in the waste recycling sector through our connections with both CASE and our longstanding used equipment division - indeed this sector of industry has for some years now been our strongest market. The addition of TEREX & Ecohog to our portfolio has further strengthened our position within the waste sector and we have now established very strong working relationships with many of the UK’s largest waste recycling companies.

Crushing and Screening Equipment

With our “one stop shop” strategy implemented, there was still one affiliated industry sector where we had a “gap” in our product offering – crushing and screening. WE supply allot of CASE equipment into this sector in terms of quarries and aggregates, but we did not have an actual stone crushing and screening brand that would complement those products. That gap has now been well and truly filled! In 2019 we were approached by world renowned crushing and screening equipment manufacturer KEESTRACK who were looking for a new distributor for their full range of products across the UK. Discussions between our two companies took place at owner level, we travelled to the manufacturing plants and were extremely impressed with the ethos, similar family values and most importantly the build and product quality which is first class. We were appointed the national KEESTRACK distributor which was for us a really important missing piece of the jigsaw in our portfolio. Exciting times ahead!

Plant Hire

The plant hire side of the business naturally evolved over time and has also continued to grow. We now offer a full range of machines for short, medium and long term hire. In addition, our service team are on hand to service with expertise all our existing customers, many of whom are now on full R&M service contracts with us. They are also happy to take on outside work when required. The parts side of the organisation has also grown phenomenally both on the supply of new and used parts. The philosophy of Warwick Ward is, and has always been, to offer excellent value for money without sacrificing quality and service. We aim to offer earthmoving equipment to suit any application and any budget. From the smallest equipment requirements to the largest wheel loaders, there can be no greater variety and choice than at Warwick Ward.
