    Ashley Ward

    Ashley joined the business over 35 years ago, after studying Business and Finance at University. He's been pivotal both in the strategic decisions the company has made and in developing the senior management team with whom he continues to work hands-on with in an advisory capacity. He manages the brand partner relationships with Case, Terex Ecotec and Keestrack and also represents the UK on the Case European Dealer Council.

    Matthew has been with the business for over 37 years, joining the company straight from school. Amassing a vast amount of knowledge of the business, our products, and the industry sectors we work in, he is renowned for his exceptional and diverse expertise in used equipment valuation. Matthew is hugely respected both internally and externally for his extensive product knowledge and his honest, fair, and straight-talking approach.

    Simon Causier

    As a BEng Graduate, Simon has over 18 years within the manufacturing industry, previously managing teams responsible for UK and European Sales. Now with Warwick Ward for over 15 years, he has been instrumental in driving sales growth of the Global leading brands that the business now represents, leading the team effectively to supply and support the customer base throughout the different industries we supply.

    Russell Holmes

    Russell has more than 15 years' experience working with Finance teams across a variety of organisations, from owner-managed to listed businesses, and qualified as an accountant in 2010. He joined Warwick Ward as Finance Director in 2022, overseeing the Finance Department and working with the Board to formulate and deliver on the longer-term strategic aims of the business.

    Adam Brooksbank

    Adam has over 25 years' experience in spare part sales and stock management, processing product knowledge across multiple brands that is second to none. Now overseeing the day to day running of the dismantling & used parts department, he has more than doubled the departments turnover, making Warwick Ward the largest breaker of mobile plant machinery in the UK.

    Daniel Brennan

    Dan has been with the business 12+ years and in this time gained a wealth of knowledge within all departments. A strong mechanical understanding, excellent spare parts knowledge and logical approach keeps customers down time to a minimum. Rest assured if there is service work needed or a problem that needs solving, Dan will explore all possibilities to ensure his team have a solution available.

    Gary Vernon

    Gary has been with the business for over 15 years, and in that time, he has overseen a digital transformation within the company. Taking control of all marketing activities including the CRM system and website, he is responsible for brand management, advertising, communications, and lead generation. Managing and developing an effective marketing team to achieve high standards through an analytical approach.

    Julia Chambers

    Julia and her team provide HR, QHSE and compliance support to the business, focussing on people and culture and making Warwick Ward a safe and great place to work. She has 20 years' experience in management roles in operations and sales and is passionate about driving positive change and creating value through people. Julia holds qualifications in business, leadership and management and is WAMITAB and NEBOSH certified.

    Ryan has over 10 years experience working at Warwick Ward and has progressed from an apprentice to become the manager of the New Parts department. He has succeeded in building relationships with new and existing customers and fulfilled all their requirements along the way.

    Scott has over 25-years of sales, marketing and finance experience, amassing 10-years with Warwick Ward primarily within the Case Construction arena. His attention to detail, focused and thorough nature has gained us many long-standing clients and won many tenders, and now as the lead-support on the UK Case sales team he is helping not only business growth but shaping our team to achieve more for our clients.

    Vickie Hall

    Vickie and her team, work within the Finance Department at Warwick Ward, working hard to ensure the Finance Team operate in the most approachable and financially accurate manner along with providing help and support to all departments and stakeholders. She has worked in finance for 28 years and became Finance Manager for the Company in 2016. She has her AAT qualification and studying to become CIMA qualified.
