Keestrack has once again raised the bar in mobile crushing and screening technology with the launch of four brand-new machines at this year’s Bauma show in Munich. Focused on sustainability, efficiency and versatility, these new models reinforce Keestrack’s commitment to innovation across the quarrying, recycling, and construction sectors.

Here’s a closer look at the latest additions to the Keestrack line-up:

Keestrack R2: Compact Power, Fully Electric

The all-new Keestrack R2 impactor brings exceptional performance in a highly compact footprint, ideal for urban and small-site operations. With the option of a full-electric ZERO drive, the R2 eliminates onboard combustion, offering a true plug-in solution for environmentally sensitive applications.

• Throughput up to 150 tph
• Fully electric or diesel/hydraulic drive
• Closed circuit setup with onboard screen, return conveyor and windsifter
• Transport weight under 27 tonnes

Borrowing design excellence from the award-winning R3, the R2 includes a Hardox rotor, hydrostatic speed control, and top-access service points, ensuring powerful performance and simplified maintenance in one agile package.

Keestrack C7: Precision Screening at Scale

Engineered for maximum throughput and accuracy, the C7 3-deck classifier delivers high-capacity precision screening for sand, gravel and aggregates.

• Screening capacity up to 600 tph
• Triple deck 5450 x 1800 mm screen box
• Quick-change screen meshes
• Walkways on both sides for safe, easy maintenance

The C7 is currently available with a conventional diesel/hydraulic drive, with plans for a full-electric ZERO version in the near future, reinforcing Keestrack’s sustainable roadmap.

Keestrack P3: Tough Shredding, Smart Design

Keestrack has stepped into the shredding market with the new P3 twin-shaft tracked shredder, designed for maximum versatility and easy servicing.

• Ideal for C&D waste, green waste, timber, plastics, metal and more
• Massive 180,000 Nm combined torque • Automatic reversing and easy-access engine bay
• Optional magnetic separator and after-screen

Powered by the efficient DEUTZ TCD 5.2 L4 engine (Stage V/Tier 4), the P3 combines serious power with compact mobility, perfect for demanding waste and recycling tasks.

Keestrack B5: Heavy-Duty Jaw with Hybrid Flexibility

The updated B5 jaw crusher has been released with multiple drive options, including full-electric ZERO, diesel/hydraulic and hybrid plug-in.

• Feed opening: 1110 x 750 mm
• Independent 2-deck pre-screen for maximum throughput
• Automatic wear recovery system every 50 hours
• Drop-off engine/gen-set for reduced dust and vibration

With a hydraulic wedge CSS adjustment and easy access to all key components, the B5 is a true workhorse built for productivity and reduced operating costs.
