Trainee Sales Executive

We are going places, with significant growth throughout the UK and now operating from four sites. To support this growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our Sales team.

The ideal candidate should have:
Desirable:
- HND/Degree in Engineering / good technical knowledge
- Experience / knowledge of crushing or screening business and products would be of benefit
- Experience within a sales or customer service environment
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Good administrative, organisational and time management skills
- A high level of self-motivation
What you will learn:
- You will be provided with thorough training in our products with the potential opportunity to specialize in one of our brands or manage your own territory.
- You will gain in-depth knowledge of the industry, our customers, existing and potential, and how to develop and maintain great customer relationships.
- You will be trained to recognize, process, and follow up sales prospects, generating new business.
- You will learn how prepare quotations and complex tenders for multi machine deals
- You will develop your commercial and financial acumen, selling the company’s after-sales products.
- You will develop your communication and negotiation techniques, giving you the ability to influence financial and non-financial decision makers.
