Workshop & Service Administrator

To support our growth, we are looking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our Administration team.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, working as part of an effective administration team, in a challenging environment based at our head office at Blacker Hill, Barnsley. The role will involve delivering all aspects of administration relating to our workshops and service jobs.

• Opening and closing jobs on the production system.
• Ensuring job packs are complete and accurate, dealing with issues preventing closure.
• Reporting of Hours worked for Payroll and clock card management.
• Analysing and reporting on all workflows and jobs
• Liaising with departments to ensure communications is clear.

The Candidate

Attitude and personality are everything; capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst having a clear focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• You will have a proven record in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the heavy plant market would be advantageous.
• You will have experience with Hours reporting/Pre-Payroll preparation.
• You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills; along with being IT literate and able to complete all documentation accurately and timely.

The Package
 

• Base salary of up to £28,000 per annum
